Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Zees Championship Belts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your victory hardware, you may return your eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-engraved championship belts are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the belt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack for Protection
Securely place the belt in its original velvet carry bag and shipping box to ensure no scratches or damage occur during transit.
- 3.Ship to Headquarters
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master smiths verify the belt's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
